Candace ‘Oceania’ Cavazos
EDUCATOR | CULTURAL STRATEGIST | FOUNDER
BS.Ed. & M.Ed from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
“I’m deeply interested in people—their complexity, their evolution, and what it takes for them to show up fully as themselves. Real impact begins when we learn to engage people as they are becoming, not as fixed identities to be managed or judged. That perspective isn’t just personal—it’s critical for institutions that want to lead with relevance, empathy, and integrity.”
